Summertime- Swimsuits Part II

S- is for Summer Swimsuits With all the beach and pool parties coming up...thought I may need some inspiration on swimsuits of the season. It's 100 degree's across the country (except in Seattle)...kinda happy, kinda sad... I do miss you Seattle! However, lots of fun to be had in the sun... here we go! Snowy Weekend in Brooklyn

This weekend was super cozy. It snowed all day Saturday, and I stayed home this weekend to bake cookies for my coworkers in LA. I watched a ton of "NEW GIRL" on netflix, which... i can't believe I didn't watch when it was out on regular network television. I LOVE this show, that Zoey is so freaking hilarious, and her entire wardrobe looks like a little childs wardrobe made for a grown woman. Where does she buy all her wardrobe? Made special for her?? Hmmm... Well it was a lot of fun. Still thinking I have a few more cookies in me to bake... I wanted to make snickerdoodles & maybe some english toffee. But this will have to do for now. I did the taste test for all of these. they were delicious. I think they all pass, Only thing I would have done differently was the scones...I only used zest of 1 lemon... cause I didn't have the another lemon...but man... it could really use both. The Beginning

Tonight, I begin my adventure, my goal, my dream since I've moved to NYC...to create and write my own blog. A place where I can express myself, share great things, connect with new friends, and most importantly explore new worlds. As I document my life in New York, as we all know...life is too short. LIVE IT UP! Here we go... :) I will take you through, the best and worst foods, fashion, films & plain 'ol a day in the life of me. Because as you all know, i am a dreamer...and life thru my eyes is different than most (not to say that is always a good thing...but it can be entertaining). Oh, before i forget to mention...the name of the blog, as most of you also know... Mon (me) Ame (my little pup, my brave cutie pie that has traveled cross country with me and is my baby girl forever and ever). Okay, now we can get started. I wonder what tomorrow will bring? super excited!!
